No grocery store runs for a minute. Tonight’s dinner: I used what I had in the house. Fortunately, I still had some fresh, hand-made uncooked parpadelle from Molina so, I made Parpadelle Carbonara using American Speck & organic eggs with a side of roasted broccolini topped with toasted micro legumes. I made an avocado, grapefruit, watermelon radish and Romain lettuce salad in a pomegranate vinaigrette. Big meals from a tiny kitchen full of love.
