Margo Rey at Knoxville, TN Pink Ribbon Celebration October 20!

On Thursday, October 20, 2011, Mercy Breast Centers are having their 3rd Annual “Pink Ribbon Celebration”….sponsored by B-97.5 & WBIR-TV. This evening is a celebration for breast cancer survivors. This will be held at The Knoxville Convention Center. Our theme is “Reason for Celebration”. We will have music, food and entertainment. Each table will be decorated uniquely representing different occasions we celebrate throughout our lives.
Over the past two years, we have been honored to have as our entertainers for this event, comedians, Leanne Morgan and Henry Cho, recording artist, Jordan Hill, and breast cancer survivor & nationally known speaker, Barbara Dooley. This year we have secured recording artist, Candy Coburn – (performing her Pink Warrior Anthem) – and Margo Rey – survivor and singer who will be performing her new song “Let the Rain” written with John Oates of Hall & Oates!!! We are also excited to announce two very special guest speakers…Breast Cancer Survivor, former Lady Vol, former WNBA player and Olympic Bronze Medalist…Daedra Charles-Furlow…and Allison Dooley – (OB/GYN, Breast Cancer Research Advocate and coach’s wife). What an incredible evening this is going to be!!!
