One of my kitchen creations:
Lemon rubbed, seared, wild~caught, California King Salmon. On a bed of mesclun, shaved cucumber, fennel, diced, fresh grapefruit and crumbled feta. Sicilian olive oil and grapefruit drizzle. Farmers market heirloom tomato with basil. Served with toasted slice of farmers market, rustic, fresh-baked bread and a Local Sauvignon Blanc. #EatingLocal #Habit My kitchen is my laboratory!
